I will convert your PDF tables to excel spreadsheets

Messy Excel or CSV file? Extra spaces, names in CAPITALS, mixed date styles, phone numbers in different formats, duplicate rows?

I clean it and send back a tidy file, plus a short summary of what I changed and anything I could not fix.

What I fix:

- Extra spaces and messy capital letters in names

- Emails made lowercase and tidy

- Phone numbers in one format

- Amounts turned into real numbers (no $ or commas)

- Dates in one format (YYYY-MM-DD)

- Empty and duplicate rows removed

How it works:

1. Send me your file

2. I clean it with my own tested tool

3. I check the result and send it back with a change summary

Your original file is never changed. If some cells cannot be fixed safely (for example a phone number with missing digits), I list them for you instead of guessing. Your data is used only for your order.
