Do you design and develop, or only develop?
We design in Figma first, then build in Framer. The only exception is the Basic package — that's template customization only, no custom design.
Can I provide my own Figma design?
Yes. If you already have a Figma file ready, we can build directly in Framer. Message us before ordering so we can review the file and confirm the scope.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Yes. All packages include responsive design — desktop and mobile. The Premium package also covers tablet breakpoints.
Which Framer template will you use for the Basic package?
We'll suggest 2–3 options based on your industry and goals. You choose, we customize. If you already have a template in mind, share the link when you message us.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Standard later?
Yes, but it's a new order — not an upgrade. Template customization and custom design are different scopes of work.
