I’ll need access to your website/app, any test accounts, a list of priority areas (if any), and any specific instructions or requirements you have.
What exactly do you test during the manual QA process?
I test functionality, user interface and experience (UI/UX), cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, regression, and smoke testing to find bugs and usability issues.
How do you deliver bug reports?
I provide a detailed PDF report that includes clear descriptions of each bug, steps to reproduce, screenshots, and sometimes screen recordings for clarity.
Can you test on both mobile and desktop devices?
Yes! I test websites on various browsers and devices, including mobile (iOS & Android) and desktop platforms.
How do you handle retesting after bugs are fixed?
For premium packages, I include free retesting to ensure all reported bugs have been properly fixed.
Do I need to provide access to my application?
Yes, please provide necessary credentials or access so I can thoroughly test your product in a real environment.
How fast can I expect the testing results?
Delivery times depend on the package chosen, but typically, you’ll receive your bug report within 24–72 hours after testing is complete.
Do you test APIs or backend services?
My focus is on manual UI and functional testing. For API or backend testing, I will charge extra. For API testing I will use Postman
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, I can sign NDAs and maintain strict confidentiality.
What if the app is not working?
