What is RAG and why does my chatbot need it?
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) means the chatbot searches your own documents or data before answering, instead of guessing from general knowledge. This removes hallucinations — the bot only responds based on the information you give it, so answers stay accurate and business-specific.
What data can the chatbot use?
PDFs, Word docs, text files, website content, and structured databases. If you're not sure your data type is supported, just ask before ordering and I'll confirm.
Which AI models do you use?
I primarily build with OpenAI (GPT-4/GPT-4o), and can also integrate Gemini, Claude, or open-source LLMs depending on your budget and use case.
Do I need to know coding or LangChain to work with you?
