Your PC is slower than it should be, and reinstalling Windows is not the answer.
Most slowdowns come down to one specific thing: a background feature eating CPU, a driver misbehaving, a power setting throttling you, or startup clutter. I find which one, prove it with before-and-after numbers, and fix it.
A real example from my own machine: severe game stutter, 68% of frames CPU-bound at 48 FPS average. The cause was Virtualization-Based Security running in the background. After removing it properly through Group Policy: 2.8% CPU-bound frames and 93.7 FPS. Same hardware, no reinstall.

Do you need remote access to my computer?
Yes, over AnyDesk or Windows Quick Assist, at a time you choose. You can watch the whole session and end it at any moment. I never need your passwords.
Will I lose my files?
No. I do not reinstall Windows or wipe anything. Everything I do is reversible, and I tell you before making any significant change.
What if you cannot fix it?
If it turns out to be a hardware fault, I will tell you which component and what replacing it would cost, rather than charging you for a fix that is not possible in software.
What are your working hours?
I am in UTC+3, which covers Europe and the Gulf comfortably and early mornings for the US East Coast. Tell me your time zone and we will find a slot.
