What exactly is included in the “free Figma mockup”?
With any package you choose, we will first design a complete Figma prototype of your site (layout, sections, visuals), so you can review and approve the look before we begin development in Shopify.
Will the Shopify website be mobile-friendly and fully responsive?
Yes, the site will be built mobile-first and fully responsive across desktops, tablets and mobile. I’ll test major screen sizes to ensure consistent quality and user experience.
Which Shopify package am I selecting when I opt for Basic / Standard / Premium?
Basic: One landing page (up to 5 sections) + free Figma mockup Standard: Up to 5 pages (each up to 5 sections) + free Figma mockups Premium: Up to 7 pages (each up to 5 sections) + free Figma mockups Any additional pages or sections beyond this scope can be added as a Gig extra.
Do you set up content, copy, and branding or do I provide everything?
We need from you: your brand/logo (if available), the copy/text for each page, a sitemap/page list, and any design inspirations you have. If you provide existing Figma/Photoshop drafts, that’s a bonus. I handle the design and development part.
After delivery, do you provide support or edits if something needs adjusting?
Yes, included in each package is 1-week post-launch support for any minor tweaks or bug fixes. For ongoing updates, extra pages or marketing, we can discuss a monthly maintenance or add-on plan.
How long does the whole process take from mockup to live Shopify site?
Timeline depends on the number of pages and complexity, but a general estimate: Figma mockup stage: ~2-5 days Shopify build & setup: ~1-2 weeks (depending on pages) Once you submit all required materials promptly, I’ll provide a more precise delivery time based on your selected package.
