Do I need to message you before placing an order?
Yes, please. Send me a short description of your project first. I’ll confirm the scope, timeline, and the best package for you, so there are no surprises after the order starts.
Which AI tools and platforms do you work with?
I work with OpenAI (GPT), Claude, and Gemini for the AI side, and n8n, LangChain, and Python for the automation side. I can connect them to Gmail, Google Sheets, Slack, WhatsApp, CRMs, and most apps with an API.
Can you build a chatbot trained on my own documents?
Yes. I build RAG systems that answer from your PDFs, website content, or knowledge base. The Standard and Premium packages include this, and the document limit depends on the package.
Do you deploy the project, or just deliver the files?
I deploy it. Depending on the package, I set up the chatbot on your website or WhatsApp, and I can also deploy on your own server (available as an extra).
What happens if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes revisions and a support window after delivery (3, 7, or 30 days depending on the package). If something I built stops working in that period, I’ll fix it for free.
Do you provide documentation or training?
Standard and Premium include documentation. Premium also includes a training session so your team knows how to run and maintain the system. Both can be added to Basic as extras.
