What information do I need to provide to get started?
Please share your SQL Server version, a brief description of the performance issue you are facing, and if possible the slow query or stored procedure. The more details you provide, the faster I can diagnose and fix the problem.
Do you need access to my live production server?
Not necessarily. In most cases I can work from execution plans, query text, index details and screenshots you provide. If live access is needed I will discuss a secure approach with you before we proceed.
What SQL Server versions do you support?
I work with SQL Server 2012, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2019 and 2022. Both on-premise and Azure SQL Database environments.
How will I know what was fixed and why?
Every order includes a written report covering what was found, what was changed and the before and after results. You will always know exactly what was done to your database.
Can you guarantee performance improvement?
