I will do comprehensive traffic studies and analysis for developments

Objective: Assess the traffic effects of development and recommend mitigation to keep the network safe and functional.

1. Scoping and Data: Agree on study area, peak periods, horizon years and growth rates with the authority. Collect turning-movement counts, link volumes, signal timings, geometry, crash data and transit/active-travel information.

2. Existing and Background Conditions: Model current operations (LOS, delay, v/c, queues). Project background traffic using growth rates and approved developments.

3. Trip Generation: Estimate daily and AM/PM peak trips using ITE rates, adjusted for internal capture, pass-by, mode split and existing-use credits.

4. Distribution and Assignment: Distribute trips using market area, gravity or select-zone analysis. Assign them to routes and access points to produce total future volumes.

5. Traffic Modelling: Analyze all scenarios using HCM methods in Synchro/HCS, with microsimulation (SimTraffic/VISSIM) where needed. Include site access, turn-lane and signal warrant checks.

6. Impacts and Recommendations: Compare results against LOS thresholds, identify project impacts, and propose costed mitigation (turn lanes, signal changes, access design
