I am a Virtual/Administrative Assistant with good communication skills. I have vast experience in Real Estate Appraisal and Real Estate Research. I have worked on Total (by a la mode) and ACI Report. I complete most of the part in the appraisal report.

I am really proficient in RE Research and Internet Research. I am always available regarding your requirement. I have been working as an Appraiser Assistant/Appraisal Data Entry Expert for 4 years. I can do Project Management and I can do Real Estate Appraisals Data Entry. I have good experience in using Total by ala mode and ACI for Appraisal reports.

I have more than 4 years of experience in preparing Real Estate Appraisals and I am well aware of 1004, 1073, 1004D, 2055, 1004C (Manufactured), and 1025(Small Income/Multi-Family) forms.

I have also used various tools i.e Data Master, Spark, Anow, Redstone, MS Excell, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Connect Wise.

I am really good at using MLS(i.e Matrix MLS, Flex MLS, Paragon MLS, Northstar MLS, NTRIES MLS), Realist, CRS, Searching property data from county websites i.e Tax, Property summary reports, Property documents, and sketches.
