I will set up chatgpt automation or ai workflow for your business
Bill Wilson
About this gig
Struggling to get useful results from ChatGPT or other AI tools?
Many businesses try AI once and give up because the outputs are inconsistent, confusing, or require too much manual cleanup. Usually the problem is not the AI itself it is the workflow around it.
I help you turn AI into something you can actually use in daily work.
What I can help with:
organizing information from emails or documents
extracting data from PDFs into spreadsheets
creating reliable prompts that give consistent answers
reducing repetitive copy-paste work
designing a simple process your staff can follow
My goal is not to build complicated software. My goal is to solve one clear task and make it dependable.
How this works:
- You describe the task you want automated
- I design a structured prompt or simple automation
- You receive clear instructions and support to use it
Please message me before ordering if you are unsure whether your task is a good fit. I will be honest and tell you.

FAQ
Do I need technical skills to use what you deliver?
No. I design the solution so a non technical user can follow the instructions step by step. If anything is unclear I will help you through Fiverr messages.
Will you need access to my accounts or private data?
Usually no. I can work from examples, sample files, or descriptions of the task. You should not share passwords or sensitive information.
What counts as one task in the Basic package?
One clearly defined process. For example extracting information from a type of document, writing a prompt for a specific job, or automating one repetitive workflow.
What if I am not sure whether my problem can be automated?
Message me first and describe what you are trying to do. I will honestly tell you if it is a good fit before you order.
Do you build full software or websites?
No. This service focuses on practical workflows using existing AI tools, prompts, and simple automation — not large software development projects.
