I've been a freelance photographer for the past nine years. In that span, I've developed a keen interest in design. To create a compelling photograph, one must incorporate the elements of design (line, shape, texture, colour, ...) in a harmonious composition. To put it succintly, photography is graphic design with a camera.

Photography is my second career. I trained as a theoretical physicist and once taught computational physics at the University of Cambridge.
I still love to code. I did my own website using HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript.
My other passions include reading and music.
