FAQ
What details or materials do I need to provide before you start?
I will need a document detailing your list of questions, a clear breakdown or blueprint of your desired conditional logic flow, and any specific branding assets (like your logo or hex color codes). If you are unsure how to map out your logic, please message me first and we can plan it together!
Can you fix or troubleshoot an existing form that is broken?
Yes, absolutely. I frequently repair broken branching paths, failing skip logic, and incorrect calculation formulas. Before ordering, please click the "Contact Me" button and send over your form link so I can review your current setup and verify exactly what needs fixing.
Do you handle form integrations with external apps like CRMs or Google Sheets?
Yes. I can seamlessly connect your forms to external platforms like Google Sheets, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, or automate complex multi-app workflows using Zapier. Please reach out via inbox before buying so we can confirm your specific API or platform compatibility.
Can you set up instant quiz scoring or scoring calculator?
Yes! I can program custom formulas within platforms like JotForm and Typeform to handle real-time grading, automated calculations, and instant pricing variables. Because these math structures vary wildly, please message me to get a fast, tailored quote.
Is my existing account data safe while you work on my active forms?
Your data security is paramount. For live, active forms, I always clone your setup and work completely on a duplicate test form. Your ongoing business operations and existing submission data will remain 100% untouched and secure.
