FAQ
Do I need to already have episodes recorded before ordering?
No I can guide you through the entire process. However, for the Standard and Premium packages, having at least your first 1–3 episodes recorded speeds up delivery and lets me set up your RSS feed and platform listings with real content.
Which hosting platform do you use?
I typically recommend Buzzsprout, Spotify for Podcasters, Podbean, or Captivate depending on your budget and goals. If you already have a hosting account, I'll work within it — just share access or invite me as a collaborator.
Will my podcast actually appear on Apple Podcasts and Spotify?
Yes. I handle the full submission process on both platforms. Apple's review can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days on their end this is outside my control, but I'll confirm your feed is fully compliant before submitting to avoid rejection.
Do you write the podcast scripts/episodes themselves?
I write your intro, outro, trailer, and launch/marketing copy. Full episode scriptwriting isn't included by default but can be added as a custom offer
Can you design the podcast cover art?
Yes custom artwork is included from the Standard package up, sized correctly for Apple Podcasts and Spotify Basic package buyers can add this as an extra.
I already have a podcast — can you help me relaunch or fix my current setup?
Absolutely. I regularly help existing podcasters fix broken RSS feeds, rebrand artwork, expand to new platforms (YouTube, Amazon Music), and run a proper relaunch campaign.
