Message me first with your task list and I will tell you how many hours it needs, so you order correctly the first time. Most clients start with Basic for a single project, then move to Standard for ongoing executive assistant work.

I log every task with the time it took and send you a summary with each delivery. Hours cover active working time only, not time spent waiting on your replies. Unused hours roll into your next order within 30 days.

I work through shared access tools like Google Workspace delegation or a password manager, so you never send credentials in plain text. I sign an NDA on request and I remove client data once an order closes.

Revisions are listed in each package. If a task comes back wrong because I misread the brief, I redo it free and it does not count against your revisions. Changes to the original scope are quoted separately.
