How do I give you access to my workflow?
You have a few options: invite me as a collaborator on your n8n cloud workspace, share a JSON export of the workflow, or send screenshots of the error along with the workflow logic. If your setup is self-hosted, we can also do a quick screen-share call to check things live.
Is it safe to share my credentials with you?
You don't need to share your actual API keys or passwords. In most cases I only need access to the workflow structure and error logs to diagnose the issue. If a credential does need to be reconfigured, I'll walk you through doing it yourself, or you can create a temporary/limited-access.
What if my workflow needs more work than expected?
I confirm the scope with you before starting any package. If I find the issue is bigger than initially described, I'll let you know and suggest the right package — no surprise charges mid-order.
Do you work with self-hosted n8n instances?
Yes, both self-hosted and n8n cloud. Just let me know your setup when you message me so I can plan accordingly.
