I cannot guarantee approval since each jurisdiction has different reviewers and requirements. However, I produce drawings that follow IRC/IBC code standards and include all the sheets most departments require. Many clients submit successfully on the first attempt.
What do you need from me to get started?
Ideally: a rough sketch or existing floor plan (even a hand-drawn one), your lot dimensions or site address, and your local jurisdiction name. If you have nothing yet, we can start from a conversation about your project, just message me first.
Can you work with projects outside the US?
