I will reconcile your shopify and amazon sales data
Shopify and Amazon Reconciliation, Accurate SQL Queries, Views and Procedures
About this Gig
Your Shopify and Amazon dashboards don't agree on what a sale is actually
worth and most sellers never check why.
I reconcile Shopify and Amazon sales data directly against each other,
order by order. Matching is deterministic where order IDs line up, fuzzy-
matched by date and amount where they don't, with duplicates flagged and
excluded before anything is totaled.
Every order is classified into one of six outcomes: cleanly reconciled,
price mismatch, fee deviation, probable match needing review, unmatched on
Shopify, or unmatched on Amazon so you know exactly what was found.
What you get:
- A clean report showing every order's match status
- Price and fee deviations flagged clearly, not buried
- Duplicate orders caught and excluded, never double-counted
- A plain-English summary of what the numbers show
Every estimated value is labeled as an estimate, never presented as fact.
Flagged items get a manual spot-check before delivery.
Background: 20+ years of hands-on SQL experience in banking payment
systems (cheque clearing, EFT, RTGS), development side. That same
discipline now applies to your e-commerce data.
Fast, honest turnaround. No unnecessary complexity.
FAQ
1. Do I need to give you access to my Shopify or Amazon account?
No. You export your own order/settlement data as a CSV and share that file. There is no live account access involved at any point.
2. What if my export columns don't match what you expect?
The process uses a configurable column mapping. If your export is structured differently, flag that when you send your file and I will adjust.
3. Is my data safe?
Your file is only used for this analysis and is not shared with any third party. I only see what you choose to send me directly.
4. What if I have more SKUs than my package includes?
Order the Additional Scenario extra for each extra SKU, or message me first and I will confirm the right package before you book.
5. How accurate is the matching when order IDs don't line up?
Fuzzy matches (by date and amount) are always labeled "Probable Match, Needs Review" — never presented as a confirmed match.
