Please send your design as a PNG file with a transparent background at 300 DPI. This ensures the highest quality placement on mockup templates. If your file is in a different format (JPG, SVG, AI), message me first and I'll guide you on conversion.
Do you handle bulk orders or seasonal collections?
Yes — bulk POD mockups are my specialty. For 20+ listings or seasonal collections (Halloween, Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's), message me for a custom quote. Same-day delivery available on 100+ designs. Repeat clients welcome.
Can I use these mockups for Etsy, Amazon Merch, Shopify, or Printful listings?
Yes — all mockups come with full commercial use rights, optimized for direct upload to Etsy, Amazon Merch, Shopify, Printful, Printify, and Redbubble. Files are print-ready PNG at marketplace-required resolution.
What's your revision policy?
Each package includes free revisions: 1 for Basic, 2 for Standard and Premium. Revisions cover design placement, sizing adjustments, or template swaps. Major scope changes (new designs, new template categories) may incur additional fees.
How fast can you deliver? I need mockups urgently.
Most orders are delivered same-day to next-day. Bulk orders (50+ mockups) usually take 1-2 days depending on volume and revisions.
Do you provide mockup templates or designs?
No — you send both your designs and mockup templates (PSD or PNG). I don't supply these files myself. However, I'm happy to recommend which template or design styles convert best for your niche (Etsy, Amazon Merch, seasonal, lifestyle, flat-lay) before you buy them.
