Two ways I can help:

1. You have a kit or manufacturer already selected I'll take your manufacturer's unit specs and produce the site-adaptation drawings needed for permit foundation plan matched to your soil/site conditions, utility hookup layout (water, sewer/septic, electrical), and any local code modifications your jurisdiction requires. This is usually the fastest path to permit for modular/prefab buyers.

2. You're designing from scratch I'll create a full architectural floor plan and elevations built around modular/prefab construction logic module dimensions, transport width limits, and factory assembly constraints so what you approve on paper is actually buildable by a modular manufacturer.
