FAQ
1. Do I need to buy a domain name?
Not to start. I can publish your site on a free web address. If you'd like your own name (like yourbusiness.co.uk), you buy it in your name for around £10 a year and I'll connect it with the Premium package or Hosting Setup extra.
2. What do I need to send you?
Your business name, logo (if you have one), services and prices, opening hours, address, phone number and a few photos. Don't worry if you're missing anything, I'll guide you.
3. Will my website work on phones?
Yes. Every site is designed mobile-first, so it looks great and works smoothly on phones, tablets and computers.
4. Can customers pay or book online?
Yes. I can add secure payments via Stripe (card and Apple Pay) and connect your booking system, such as Fresha, Booksy or Calendly.
5. Can you make changes after delivery?
Yes. Each package includes revisions, and you can add extra revisions if needed. I'm also happy to help with small updates later on.
6. How long does it take?
Basic is delivered in 3 days, Standard in 5 and Premium in 7. Need it sooner? Add the Extra Fast Delivery option at checkout.
7. Do I have to pay monthly fees?
No monthly fees to me. Your site can be hosted for free, and the only ongoing cost is your domain name if you choose one, usually around £10 a year.
8. Do you use WordPress or Wix?
No. I build custom websites from scratch, which means they're faster, cleaner and don't need expensive plugins or subscriptions.
9. Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Send me a link to your current site and I'll suggest how to modernise it and which package fits best.
10. Will I own my website?
Yes, 100%. Once the order is complete, the website and all its files are yours.
