What information do you need to start the credentialing process?
I will need the provider’s basic information, required credentials/documents, and the list of dental insurance payers you want to enroll with.
Do you provide CAQH credentialing support?
Yes. I can assist with CAQH profile review and updating the required information for credentialing.
Can you credential a dentist with multiple insurance payers?
Yes. I offer packages for multiple payer enrollments. Please select the package based on the number of payers you need.
Do you provide follow-up after submitting the application?
Yes. One payer follow-up on your submitted application is included. Additional follow-ups are available as a paid extra.
How long does approval take?
Approval time depends on each payer and is often 30 to 90 days. My delivery covers preparing & submitting application, and i'll let you know once its submitted.
Do you guarantee approval?
No. Approval decisions are made by the insurance payers. I make sure your application is complete and accurate to help reduce delays and rejections.
