FAQ
What third-party accounts or APIs do I need for this setup?
For text bots, you will need a GoHighLevel account with conversation AI credits (or an OpenAI API key). For voice calling features, you will need an active account with a voice platform like Vapi along with a Twilio phone number.
How does the AI know how to answer questions about my business?
2. I will build a custom "Knowledge Base" document using your website, PDFs, FAQs, or raw company guidelines. The AI will be explicitly programmed to only use this factual data and stay completely on-brand.
Can the AI agent automatically schedule appointments on my calendar?
Yes! The AI is natively mapped to your GoHighLevel calendars. It will check for open slots in real-time, ask the lead for their preferred time, and automatically book the appointment.
