I am offering Administrative, Legal Administrative and Paralegal Services, rates are per hour (depending on plan).

Turn around time will vary project-to-project depending on the needs of the client. Rush work is available for an extra fee to be discussed per project.

General administrative (Basic) tasks include:

• Transcription
• Letter preparation
• Organizing files
• Proof reading (non-legal documents)
• All other general administrative tasks

Legal administrative (Standard) tasks include:

• Scheduling Depositions/Court Reporters
• Chasing up medical records
• FOIA requests
• Client information organization
• Compiling basic pleadings
• All other Legal-administrative tasks

Paralegal (Premium) tasks include

• Drafting pleadings/subpoenas etc.
• Legal research
• Investigative research
• Sorting/categorizing Discovery
• Preparing exhibits and trial documents
• Proof reading/cite checking
• Court filings
• All other advanced legal-administrative tasks
