When will you deliver my order?
I will deliver your order within 24 hours of purchasing. Orders usually take the entire 24 hours. Scripts of 1000 words will take longer than a day. If you want your order completed FASTER please purchase the 'Super Fast Delivery' gig extra. This will put your order First in line.
What are “Commercial Rights”?
If you intend to use the voice for any business related purpose (with the exception of paid marketing channels), you will need to purchase the “Commercial Rights” gig extra.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, I include one round of revisions (50 words). If I make a mistake by missing a word or mispronouncing one, I will take care of it quickly and free of charge. If you make a mistake with the script or change it in any way, that will be an extra cost.
Do you offer super fast delivery?
The 'super fast delivery’ is a gig extra that sends your order to the front of the line ahead of everyone else’s. Customers who order the ’super fast delivery’ gig extra usually receive their orders in 12 hours or less.
What time zone are you in and where are you located?
