Can you help with changing the story?
No. That is completely your call. I can tell you that "so and so plot twist I saw it from a mile away" or " This plot feels unnecessary or wrong as per the character's action". I will critique your works based on the plot you have provided but ultimately you are the story teller, you have to decide.
Do you do proof reading also?
No. That will require more time. I can tag some very obvious spelling errors and other things I'll see while reading but not in detail.
