I can do 3D modelling and provide an OBJ file. I can do props, hard surface, Archviz, Products etc. I can do basic organic models too. Complex models I'll charge more as per the complexity. I can do basic texturing and lighting if at all required.

Will you do UVs also?
Yes I'll do the UVs for the models also.
Will you do Texturing?
I am not doing texturing. I can add basic texture tiles but detailed textures are not my field of expertise. I can add shaders if required.
Will you provide renders?
I can do renders up to 1080p still images. I can't provide videos.
