Life can pull us in many directions, leaving us scattered, heavy, or disconnected from our own energy. I offer gentle, heart-centered distance Reiki to help you restore calm, release tension, and reconnect with your inner balance.
This work supports your emotional, mental, and energetic well-being in a safe, grounded way. Reiki flows naturally to the areas where your system needs it most, helping to ease stress, soothe overwhelm, and encourage a sense of centeredness and clarity.
Each session is delivered remotely with intention, care, and respect for your personal process. You can choose to set an intention, or simply trust the energy to guide the healing where it is most needed. My goal is to provide supportive, nurturing space that helps you feel lighter, calmer, and more aligned.
I never do group sessions. When you book with me, I am available to discuss your goals and set an intentions that works for you specifically. Your sessions are yours alone.

What is Distance Reiki, and how does it work?
Distance Reiki is a form of energy healing that works remotely. Using intention and traditional Reiki symbols, I channel healing energy to you no matter where you are in the world. Reiki transcends time and space, making it just as effective from afar as in person.
What can I expect during a session?
Each session includes a grounding and opening ceremony, focused Reiki energy channeling, and a proper energetic close. You may feel relaxed, emotional, sleepy, or even energized—everyone’s experience is unique.
Do I need to do anything during the session?
It's beneficial for you to be in a comfortable, relaxed state, ideally in a quiet space where you can minimize distractions. Driving/operating heavy machinery and focused work is not advised. We can discuss the timing, so you can tune in or rest if you’d like.
How should I prepare?
Optional but helpful: drink plenty of water, set an intention, and find a calm environment. You don’t need to do anything special for the energy to reach you—it will. It is recommended to avoid operating a vehicle/heavy machinery and work requiring focus.
Will I receive a report or message after the session?
Yes. After your session, I’ll send you a message detailing what I observed, any intuitive insights I received, and any aftercare suggestions if needed.

I typically begin within 24 hours unless we agree on a specific time. You’ll receive confirmation and timing details shortly after booking.
How often should I get Reiki?
That depends on your goals. One-time sessions can be powerful, but ongoing work brings deeper, lasting shifts. My Standard and Premium packages are ideal for extended or layered healing.
Are you certified?
Yes, I am certified in Usui Reiki Level I & II, and I practice with care, respect, and strong energetic boundaries.
