My Reiki practice is heart-centered, intuitive, and intention-led. I connect to your energy gently and respectfully, holding a soft and steady space for your system to do what it naturally knows how to do: heal.
You do not need to be awake or available during sessions. Reiki is sent remotely and will reach you wherever you are - hospital, home, or recovery center. I include a short note afterward.

Can Reiki really help with surgery recovery?
Reiki doesn't replace medical treatment, but it can support your body's healing processes by promoting relaxation, reducing pain and stress, and improving energy flow.
When should I schedule my session?
Great question! It depends on your goal. If you're requesting Basic Reiki I'd suggest up to 3 days in advance. Standard is for recovery so you can schedule it before or after, technically. Since my Premium offering provides before and after complimentary care, booking in advance is ideal.
What if I'm unable to rest during the session?
That's okay. Reiki energy flows wherever it's needed. Even if you're in a hospital or resting at home, or in a recovery center, you'll still receive the full benefit.
Can I request Reiki for someone else going into/recovering from surgery?
Yes, absolutely! ( That's so very thoughtful of you!!) Just share their first & last name, general location (City/State is fine), a photo of them during check-out so I can channel energy properly.
What will I feel during or after?
Most people feel relaxed, peaceful, or sleepy. Some notice warmth or tingling. Everyone's experience is different, but all are safe and supportive.
How should i prepare?
It's beneficial for you to be in a comfortable, relaxed state, ideally in a quiet space where you can minimize distractions. Driving/operating heavy machinery and focused work is not advised. It is ideal to hydrate well a couple days prior to your session(s).
