Fix encoding problems, stray whitespace and inconsistent capitalisation

Flag missing, impossible or contradictory values rather than quietly guessing

WHAT YOU GET BACK

A cleaned file, and a report of exactly what was changed and why. I do not silently alter your data. Anything ambiguous gets flagged for you to decide, and you keep the original untouched alongside the cleaned version.

WHY ME

MSc in Data Science and AI, and this is genuinely the part of the work I enjoy.
