Monthly WordPress care for one site: updates tested on a copy before they go live, off-site backups you own, a security scan, and developer time each month for your own changes.
Sites break on a Sunday after an automatic plugin update, and you hear it from a customer. This plan is so that does not happen.

- Off-site backups with UpdraftPlus, to storage you own, not just your host
- Wordfence security scan and hardening
- Developer time for your own changes: 1, 2 or 5 hours
- A one-page report: what was updated, what was backed up, what I found, hours used

- UptimeRobot monitoring, speed tuning, and malware clean-up if you are infected while on the plan
- WooCommerce checked after every update: add to cart, checkout, payment and order emails
NOT INCLUDED
A site that is already infected, redesigns and new builds. I quote those first. Hours do not roll over.
Month One is a one-off health check. The plans are monthly and you can stop any month. One developer, not a ticket queue.

Most owners pay for their website twice: once to build it, once to fix it. I do both, and the fixing is a fixed monthly fee, not a surprise invoice.
WordPress sites and landing pages. Shopify stores, theme fixes, bulk product upload. After launch: updates, backups, security, and someone who answers when something breaks on a Sunday.

Is this a one-off job or a monthly plan?
Month One is a one-off health check, delivered in 7 days. Monthly Care and Partner are monthly plans. Most people start with Month One, read the report, then decide whether to stay on a plan.
What counts as the included developer time?
Your own small changes: text edits, a new page, a plugin setting, a form field, a bug. Care includes 1 hour, Care Plus 3 hours, Partner 6 hours each month.
My site is already hacked. Can you still help?
Tell me before you order. Cleaning an already infected site is separate work and I quote it first. After that the monthly plan is what keeps it from happening again.
What access do you need?
A WordPress admin account, and hosting or FTP details so backups run outside your server. You can remove the access whenever you want. I never ask for your password by message.
Do you look after WooCommerce shops?
Yes. After every update I test the shop side too: add to cart, checkout, payment and the emails that go out after an order. WooCommerce is exactly why updates get tested on a copy first, because a broken checkout is lost money, not just a lost visitor.
