FAQ
What information do you need to get started?
I am open-minded, so I understand if not all the required information is ready (such as the number of pages, or the back blurb) but I will need: the title (and subtitle, or other front cover text), the author name and a brief description of the book (or even a summary, especially for fiction books).
What is the source file?
The source file is the editable file of the cover (in PSD, can be opened with Photoshop or other similar programs).
What is the social media kit?
The social media kit is a collection of promotional images that you can use on your different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X etc.)
Can I use my own image for the cover design?
Of course, I can also make slight adjustments if necessary.
Why do the delivered files have Fiverr watermarks on them?
The Fiverr watermarks are a security measure, so people can't steal the design without approving the delivery. Once the order is completed, the watermarks will be removed.
Do you design covers for non-fiction books?
Yes, I can create covers for every genre (but keep in mind, realistic illustrations are not my expertise).
Do you format covers for other platforms? (Ebook to Audiobook, Print-ready to Audiobook etc.)
Yes, if you already have the cover ready and want it adjusted, I can do it.
Do you resize covers? (from 5.5x8.5 to 6x9 etc.)
Yes, if you have the wrong trim dimensions, I can fix it.
Do you use AI in the designs?
Not on a regular basis, but if the author doesn't want anything AI related, I will respect the decision.

I genuinely thought I had found an experienced and talented designer I could trust with several future projects, based on the quality of his portfolio. Unfortunately, the work I received was nowhere near that standard. I specifically ordered a premium minimalist book cover. The first concepts were busy,...
