About this gig
Your store answers the same questions every day: where is my order, how do returns work, which size should I pick. I will build an AI support agent that answers them from your own store data and passes everything else to your team.
How it works:
- Answers only from your policies, product data and (in Standard and Premium) live order status from Shopify or WooCommerce
- Says it is AI in the first message, as required in the EU since August 2026
- Refunds, complaints and anything unusual go to a human, with the full conversation attached
- Alerts to Telegram or Slack when something needs you
Before launch I test the agent on 50 real customer messages from your inbox and show you every answer. AI model costs run on your own account, so you control them.
Why me: I co-founded Fattly.app, an AI platform where my agents run in production every day, including a support chat with Telegram alerts.

Do I pay for the AI model separately?
Yes. The agent runs on your own OpenAI or Anthropic account, so you see and control the cost. For a small store it is usually a few to a few dozen dollars a month. I estimate it before we start.
