CRM pipeline: leads saved with the right stage, instant alert for urgent leads.

Multi-step follow-up: timed email/WhatsApp sequence that stops automatically when the lead books.

Booking sync: Cal.com or Calendly webhook updates the CRM stage.

Retries and error logging, so it keeps working in production.
