I will set up cold email infrastructure with domain warmup

About this gig
Half the cold email setups I see are broken before a single email goes out. No DKIM, sending from the main company domain, warmup skipped because someone was in a hurry.
Here is what I do:
Buy nothing. You own the domains, the inboxes and the Instantly or Smartlead account. I get admin access and configure it.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every domain. Mailboxes created and authenticated. Custom tracking domain so you are not on a shared one. Warmup switched on with a ramp that will not get you flagged in week two. Campaign loaded and sending limits set.
You will spend roughly 60 to 120 dollars on domains, inboxes and the tool, depending on package.
One thing I will not lie to you about: warmup takes two to three weeks. On day three you get a configured system, not one you can blast 2000 emails from. If a seller tells you otherwise they are handing you a burnt domain.
I do this daily for a software company doing outbound across several domains. Message me first and tell me what you are sending, to whom, and at what volume. I will tell you what you actually need.

FAQ
You have no reviews. Why should I risk it?
Fair question. Send me your current setup or your problem before you order and I will tell you what is wrong with it for free. If my answer is useless, do not order.
How much is this going to cost me in total?
The gig price plus your own tools. Around 60 dollars a month for a small setup, 150 or so for the bigger one. Domains are about 10-15 dollars a year each. I do not mark any of it up.
I already paid someone and my emails still go to spam. Why is this different?
Send me the domain. I will check your DNS records and warmup status and tell you what they missed. Usually it is a missing DMARC record, no tracking domain, or they sent 500 emails on day one.
How soon do I get meetings?
Not fast. Two to three weeks of warmup, then you start slow. First replies usually come in week four or five. Anyone promising meetings next week is lying or about to burn your domain.
Do I have to understand any of this?
No. You buy the domains and the tool, give me access, and I hand it back working with a short doc telling you what to click and how many emails a day to send.
What if I get stuck after delivery?
Message me. I answer for free after the order closes, that is not something I charge for.
Can you just run the whole thing for me?
Not in this gig. This is setup. If you want ongoing sending and optimisation, message me and we will scope it.
