I will set up cold email infrastructure with domain warmup

About this gig

Half the cold email setups I see are broken before a single email goes out. No DKIM, sending from the main company domain, warmup skipped because someone was in a hurry.

Here is what I do:

Buy nothing. You own the domains, the inboxes and the Instantly or Smartlead account. I get admin access and configure it.

SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every domain. Mailboxes created and authenticated. Custom tracking domain so you are not on a shared one. Warmup switched on with a ramp that will not get you flagged in week two. Campaign loaded and sending limits set.

You will spend roughly 60 to 120 dollars on domains, inboxes and the tool, depending on package.

One thing I will not lie to you about: warmup takes two to three weeks. On day three you get a configured system, not one you can blast 2000 emails from. If a seller tells you otherwise they are handing you a burnt domain.

I do this daily for a software company doing outbound across several domains. Message me first and tell me what you are sending, to whom, and at what volume. I will tell you what you actually need.

I set up and fix cold email systems for B2B teams. That means domain and DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), inbox warmup, sender rotation, and diagnosing why your emails land in spam or get throttled. I also build clean, verified lead lists using Apollo, Clay, Woodpecker, Claude Code, Instantly and RocketReach, with Python scripts for deduplication, scoring and filtering so you stop paying for dead contacts. I currently run outbound for a US software company, sending daily across multiple domains. If your open rates dropped or your domain got burned, I can tell you exactly why and rebuild it.
