About this Gig
If you get invoices as PDFs and someone has to type the numbers into Excel by hand, this gig does that for you.
You send me your invoice PDFs. I send back a clean Excel file (and a CSV) with one row per invoice and these columns: supplier, invoice number, date, subtotal, VAT, total. I check the output against your files before delivery, so the numbers match.
You don't need Excel installed on your side. I build the file from scratch and you just open it.
Works best on digital PDFs (text you can select). If your invoices are scans or photos, message me first with one sample and I'll tell you if it works before you order.
Want other fields, or other documents like receipts, orders or bank statements? Send me a sample and I'll confirm what I can pull out.

Do I need Excel installed to open the file?
No. I create the file from scratch, so you just open it. You also get a CSV as backup.
Are my files kept private?

Often yes, with OCR. Message me one sample first so I can confirm it works before you order.
What if I have more than 500 invoices or a monthly job?
