What do you need from me to get started?
I just need 2 things: 1) Accountant user access to your QuickBooks Online, and 2) Bank & credit card statements in PDF for the months you want reconciled. That's it!
Is my financial data safe with you?
100% Yes. I work directly inside your QuickBooks using the secure accountant access. I never download your data to my PC. Your privacy and confidentiality are my top priority.
What if my books are a complete mess or I have years of backlog?
No problem at all! I specialize in messy books and catch-up work. If you have more than 6 months of backlog, please message me first so I can send you a custom offer based on the workload.
Do you provide financial advice or file taxes?
I am a bookkeeping specialist, not a CPA. I will clean your books and provide accurate Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports. You can then give these reports to your accountant for tax filing.
What happens if there are missing transactions or receipts?
I will flag all missing items in a detailed "Query List" for you during the cleanup. Once you provide the details, I will update the books. I ensure everything is reconciled properly.
