I've spent 9+ years coordinating and managing projects worth over BDT 50 crore, including work on Dhaka Metro Rail, Matarbari USC Coal Power Plant, and the First Dhaka Elevated Expressway. My background is construction and infrastructure, but the skills scheduling, tracking, vendor communication, catching risks early apply to any project in any industry.

As your virtual project coordinator, I handle the work that keeps a project moving so you don't have to chase it. That means building and updating your schedule or Gantt chart, tracking progress against milestones, staying on top of vendors or team members, and flagging problems before they turn into delays.
