What do I need to provide?
The base URL of a test or staging environment, API docs (Swagger/OpenAPI or a Postman collection), and test credentials or API keys for that environment.
Will you test on my live production API?
I recommend a test or staging environment, especially for load testing, so real users and data aren't affected. I'll agree request limits with you before any performance test.
What will the bug report include?
For each bug: the endpoint and request, expected vs actual response, severity, and steps to reproduce. Performance results include response times and error rates.
Do you test GraphQL or SOAP APIs?
