FAQ
What file format should I send ?
Please send a high-quality WAV or AIFF file (minimum 24-bit / 44.1kHz). Do NOT send MP3s for mastering if possible.
How much headroom should I leave ?
Ideally, your mix should peak around -6dB. The most important thing is that your master channel has NO limiter on it. Please turn off any limiters before exporting!
Will my track sound as loud as famous artists ?
Yes. I use industry-standard tools to bring your track to a competitive commercial volume (Loudness) while keeping it clear.
What is the difference between Mixing and Mastering?
Mastering is the final polish on one single file. If you need me to balance the individual instruments (Kick, Snare, Vocals...) separately, that is Mixing. Please contact me for a Mixing quote.
