I have been working in residential design and space planning since 2019. Three homes I designed are completed and occupied, and a fourth is currently under construction. Contractors and homeowners regularly seek my input on design, space planning, Vastu compliance, and construction decisions.
I also review and improve existing plans identifying comfort issues, wasted space, and Vastu concerns before construction begins.

Do I need to provide anything to get started?
Just your plot dimensions, number of rooms needed, plot facing direction, and any special requirements. I'll guide you through everything.
Do you work with clients outside Kerala or India?
Yes. I work with clients anywhere in the world. NRI families building homes in Kerala are especially welcome.
How many revisions do I get?
Depends on your package. Basic: 1, Standard: 3, Premium: 7. Additional revisions available at a small extra charge.
Can you work with an unusual or difficult plot?
Yes. One of my completed projects was on a narrow sloped plot deemed unsuitable by another architect. It is now a comfortable occupied home.
