Please Note:
While sending a message, DO NOT write PayPal but use words like PPL or P-aypal or something like it. The reason is, Fiverr don't allow payments outside Fiverr system so the word PayPal alerts the system and such messages automatically get blocked.
Fiverr is aware of the issue and hopefully, they'll sort it out. Till then, this is the only workaround.
