Your cameras are watched by trained human operators during your selected hours. Every alert is verified by an operator before you are notified, so you receive real events rather than automated false alarms.

You provide either your NVR/DVR login details or access to your camera app. We connect from our operations centre and monitor only the feeds you approve. No hardware or installation is required.
2. Is my camera access and footage kept confidential?
Yes. Credentials are held securely and used only to deliver the service. Operators view feeds solely for monitoring, and snapshots are retained only for incident reporting. We sign an NDA on request.
3. Which camera brands do you support?
We are hardware agnostic and work with most systems, including Hikvision, Dahua, Lorex, Ring, Tapo and app-based setups. Send your brand and model before ordering and we will confirm compatibility.
4. What happens when your operator sees something?
The operator verifies the event, captures a time-stamped snapshot, and notifies your designated contact through your preferred channel. We follow your written escalation instructions exactly.
5. What if my internet or a camera goes offline?
We notify you the same day a feed drops. Monitoring resumes automatically once the connection is restored, and the interruption is recorded in your report.
6. Can you monitor 24 hours a day instead of 12?
Yes. Add hours using the additional monitoring hour option, or message me and I will send a custom offer for continuous coverage.
7. Do you offer ongoing monthly monitoring?
Yes. Many clients begin with a short package and move to continuous monthly coverage. Message me with your camera count and hours and I will prepare an offer.
8. What time zone do you cover?
Our operations centre runs 24 hours a day across three shifts, so we cover your local hours regardless of your time zone.
