QuickBooks: Login into your QuickBooks Online account. On the right top, click the Gear Icon (cogwheel) > Manage users > Accounting Firms From setting you need add users (at least standard or admin as per working need)

No, at this time I am using only QuickBooks Online

I will need Accountant access to your QucikBooks Online Account. Once I have reviewed your file I will need Bank/Credit cards statements for each month that I am working on
