What do I need to have before you set up the app for me?
You need a Gmail account, a Windows computer and a stable internet connection. I handle everything else including the full setup and configuration.
Do I need any technical knowledge to use the app after setup?
No technical knowledge is needed at all. The app is very simple — you just upload your Excel contact list, upload your PDF files and click Send. I also provide a full user guide and training after setup.
Can the app work with my existing accounting software like SAGE or QuickBooks?
Yes absolutely. The app works with any accounting software that can export data to Excel or CSV format including SAGE 50, QuickBooks and others. You simply export your payment report and upload it directly into the app.
How many PDF files can I send at once?
There is no limit. You can send to 10 people or 1000 people at once. The app handles bulk sending automatically and shows you a live progress tracker for each email.
Can I send via WhatsApp as well as email?
Yes. The app supports both Gmail sending with real PDF attachments and WhatsApp message notifications. You choose which method works best for your recipients.
