This gig is gym goers and athletes alike. Whatever your goals are within the community, I can help you reach them no matter how complicated it may seem. Personally, I've been in the gym for both powerlifting and bodybuilding which were easy to put together and do both at the same time. The real issue arose when trying to do a sport (MMA) whilst still wanting improvements in my physique from the gym. After countless trial and error, I finally found out the way to fit them together in a program whilst getting the best improvement from both worlds. Whether you prioritise MMA, or if you prioritise lifting, my programs will help you and be suited for you regardless. This is why when you apply for my help, I need a description of your current state in terms of health and physicality, your goals, and how often you train your sport if you do.

I am an 18 year old trainer. I have studied 'Sport Science' and have been involved in the sport industry through being active in MMA. I have been active in MMA and the gym since being a child. I understand how to use the weight room appropriately for athletes because it is something I had to figure out myself. I also know how to use the gym for hypertrophy. This is much easier than making programs for athletes as fatigue isn't a limiting factor. I will create a plan for you based on your personal goals and I will do it to the beset of my ability.
