I will use your server's remote management controller to:
- Establish Secure Remote Connection: Access your server's console securely via the web interface.
- Mount OS Media: Virtually mount your required OS ISO file directly to the server (via virtual media).
- Perform BIOS/RAID Check (Optional): Ensure essential settings are optimized before installation.
- Complete OS Installation: Install and perform the initial setup for your chosen Operating System.
- Driver Installation: Install essential server-specific drivers (e.g., NIC, RAID, chipset).
- Verify Connectivity: Ensure network access and remote desktop/SSH connectivity are operational.

You will need to provide the necessary network details and credentials for your server's remote management controller (iLO, iDRAC, or IPMI) and the credentials/file location for your OS installation media (ISO file). All credentials will be handled with strict confidentiality.
How long does the installation process take?
A standard OS installation (from connecting to verification) typically takes between 1-3 hours, depending on the OS complexity, the server's hardware, and the speed of the virtual media transfer. I will communicate the expected timeline before starting.
Does this service include setting up RAID configurations?
The Basic package includes the OS install only. However, the Premium package explicitly includes checking and/or configuring your server's hardware RAID array (e.g., RAID 1, RAID 5, etc.) before the OS installation begins.
What if the server encounters an error during installation?
I will use my expertise to troubleshoot and resolve most common installation issues (e.g., driver conflicts, boot sequence errors). If the issue is due to a verifiable hardware failure or lack of correct licensing, I will clearly inform you of the necessary action.
Is my server accessible during the process?
Yes, the server is running during the process, but the OS installation requires a full reboot and will overwrite any data on the target drive(s). Please ensure you have backed up any critical data before we start, as the server will be temporarily inaccessible during the actual installation steps.
Can you help me install a specific application after the OS is running?
