Yes. As a PMP‑certified project manager, I am comfortable with traditional, Agile, and hybrid approaches. We will choose the approach that best fits your team, tools, and delivery expectations
What do you need from me to get started?
I need a brief description of your project, objectives, target dates, approximate budget, team roles, and any existing documents (SOW, BRD, backlog, etc.). If you do not have these, I will share a simple questionnaire to capture everything.
Can you join our tools and meetings (Jira, Trello, Teams, etc.)?
In many cases, yes. I can adapt to your existing tools and provide updates, boards, and reports in the formats you already use, as long as access can be granted securely.
Will you manage the whole team or just provide plans and reports?
By default, I provide planning, tracking, and reporting. For Premium or custom offers, I can support more hands‑on coordination and follow‑ups with your team within agreed working hours.
Can you help recover a delayed or “at‑risk” project?
Yes. I can perform a quick project health check, identify root causes of delay, and propose stabilization actions, re‑baselined plans, and communication strategies for stakeholders.
