Can it work on WhatsApp and my website at the same time?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include WhatsApp or Telegram integration alongside the website widget. Both channels handled from one chatbot.
What happens after delivery? Can I manage it myself?
You get full access and documentation. Standard and Premium include post-delivery support. Basic includes a handover doc so you understand what was built and how to manage it.
