What is the difference between a usability test and a UX audit?
A usability test shows how real users move through your site and where they get stuck. A UX audit also reviews design, structure and functionality against best practices. My packages combine both.
Do you fix the problems you find?
The report tells you exactly what to change and in what order. If you want me to implement the fixes, message me for a custom offer.
Which platforms and software can you test?
Websites on Wix, WordPress, Shopify and custom builds, plus web apps and SaaS tools. For software that needs a login, please provide a test account.
Will you test on mobile as well?
Yes. Mobile testing is included in the Standard and Premium packages.
In which language is the report?
English by default, German on request.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. I only use your login details for testing and never share your site or findings with anyone.
